Sioux Chief has updated the PowerPEX® type B tubing print line and warranty to include and cover its use with ASTM F1960 expansion fittings for tubing sizes 3/8 - 2 Inch. All PowerPEX® type B tubing with a 2018 date code or later can be used with ASTM F1960 fittings. ASTM F1960 connections with PowerPEX® type B tubing must be made with a self rotating, power expansion tool.
