CPESUPPLY.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. CPESUPPLY.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT CPESUPPLY.COM HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
General Return Information:
HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING . We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been issued, the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, and it has been less than 30 days since the order was received. Restocking fees will apply on all returns that are incorrectly ordered, returning instead of replacing per our policy, etc.
Wrong Products Received:
It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will then issue an RGA number and return instructions on how and where to return the product. Please do not ship anything back without an RGA and those instructions.
If you ordered the wrong product:
If you made an error and ordered the wrong products (from the items that are listed on our web page; not special quoted products), and wish to return the product; please contact us to request an RGA number and return instructions. Returns MUST have an RGA in order to be processed correctly, so please wait for us to send you that information.
Damaged Shipment:
We must be notified of any damage (or other problems) and be provided with any and all additional information within 2 business days of you receiving your products. Once you have determined that the products shipped to you were received damaged, you need to notify us and the carrier (ie. UPS,FedEx, or US Postal, etc.) within 2 days . At time of delivery, if the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier, and let us know immediately, or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip (on deliveries requiring a signature), you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged.
Defective Products:
Within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, if any product proves to be defective, please contact us immediately. Please DO NOT return the product back without contacting us first and receiving an RGA number and the necessary return instructions. After receiving the defective merchandise, we will test it if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product.
Warranty Returns & Repairs:
Cpesupply.com honors all manufacturer warranties for our products. If you are experiencing an issue with a product purchased through Cpesupply.com that is still covered by a valid manufacturer's warranty, please contact a Customer Service Representative. Cpesupply.com will advise you of the next steps for getting your replacement as fast as possible. In some cases this will require you to troubleshoot the issue with the manufacturer directly to obtain a case or claim number. Because of the nature of warranty claims, this process can sometimes take several business days. We will do everything we can to minimize the wait and resolve your issue. In many cases, larger items that are malfunctioning will not be eligible for a whole unit exchange; examples inlcude boilers, water heaters , and appliances. Warranty policies for such items typically cover parts only and labor costs are rarely covered. Most manufacturer warranties will allow for replacement only. Items are generally not eligible to return for credit. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the warranty item back to us and Cpesupply.com will pay the shipping costs to send out the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items:
There are products we offer that are not returnable unless they are defective; please be aware of this when placing your order.
Items that are heavy or large (items that ship by freight lines) may NOT be returned.
Items that were received by the customer more than 30 days ago.
Also, items that are "special ordered/quoted" cannot be canceled or returned.
Items stated as non-returnable on the page from which they are ordered
Items that have been installed
Items that have sanitary issues such as toilet and bidet seats unless they have not been removed from the packaging.
Special Color Items
Items that are not brand new and/or missing any of the manufacturer's packaging.
Items that have been cut-to-order.
